As a senior partner of Trigon Entwicklungsberatung GmbH (Munich), I support companies, executives, and teams in not only overcoming challenges, but also in using them as opportunities for growth and transformation. What drives me is the joy of working with people to shape sustainable change—pragmatically, respectfully, and with clear focus.
I am convinced that successful change can only happen when people are at the center.
After all, organizations are more than just structures—they thrive on the people who shape them.
For me, this means that conflicts are not obstacles, but drivers of growth. Leadership is more than just assigning tasks—it is about responsibility and setting an example. And development never ends, neither for people nor for companies.
I work in a systemic, solution-oriented manner and always with an eye on the big picture—so that change is not just thought about, but lived.
